Job descriptionLead the upgrade / optimization of the PeopleSoft system, ensuring it aligns with client business needs and regulatory standards. Facilitate functional design sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into efficient PeopleSoft solutions. Engage in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal operational disruption. Accountable for designing and implementing impactful solutions using PeopleSoft functional expertise. Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and developers to design, develop, implement, and support complex business solutions. Partner with client stakeholders to create solutions addressing their business challenges. Constantly explore opportunities to enhance the process of delivering solutions to clients.
We at Oracle Global Services Center are seeking Senior-Level PeopleSoft HCM Functional Architects with a minimum of 12 years of experience with expertise in multiple PeopleSoft application versions including v9.2.
Positions are only based out of India (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Gandhinagar, Kolkata, Mumbai, Thiruvananthapuram.
The PeopleSoft HCM Functional Architect should
- Possess extensive expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules and associated business processes.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of business processes, with the ability to guide clients throughout the entire systems development lifecycle.
- Have a proven track record in implementing, upgrading, and providing support for PeopleSoft HCM.
- Have strong knowledge of integrating PeopleSoft HCM modules with different applications.
- Be highly experienced in all project phases, including fit / gap analysis, configuration, and testing.
