We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Human Resource team in creating structured job descriptions and contributing to a strategic Job Evaluation Project . This internship offers hands-on experience in HR documentation, role analysis, and organizational design within the dynamic fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Job Description Development :
- Collaborate with department heads and team leads to gather role-specific information.
- Draft clear, concise, and standardized job descriptions for various roles in the Apparel Design Team.
- Ensure alignment with organizational structure, competencies, and career paths.
- Job Evaluation Support :
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data for job evaluation (e.G., responsibilities, skills, impact).
- Participate in benchmarking exercises and internal grading discussions.
- Help prepare documentation and presentations for evaluation panels.
- HR Documentation & Research :
- Maintain records of job descriptions and evaluation outcomes.
- Research industry standards and best practices in fashion job roles.
- Support HR team in updating role frameworks and competency models.
- Stakeholder Coordination :
- Schedule and attend meetings with design, merchandising, and production teams.
- Take notes and follow up on action items related to job analysis.
