About the role

• The primary function of this role will be to coordinate and attend Face-to-Face and virtual conferences with key claim stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work outcomes.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with treating practitioners to achieve recovery needs for the injured worker, whilst supporting the employer with return-to-work planning to work towards safe and sustainable outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skillset to work within the MRS (Mobile Recovery Specialist) team and providing leadership support to the front-end teams.
• Monitoring the injured workers recovery and return-to-work plan to ensure it remains safe and sustainable during sensitive index periods
