Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory / market.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industrial visits, and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products / solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals.
  • Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet monthly / annual targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and customer data in CRM / Excel.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales (preferring freshers with strong communication).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
