Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Minimum 6 years’ experience in façade design using parametric and BIM tools.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Proficient in Auto CAD and at least one 3 D Parametric Design solution / BIM (Inventor, Solidworks, Hi Cad, Revit or Tekla).

Key Responsibilities :

Interpret and review contract documents, BOQs, and drawings.

Set up design layouts for curtain walls, doors, windows, cladding, and skylights.

Perform structural checks and coordinate non-standard / customised system designs.

Review team drawings and ensure on-time submission.

Coordinate with fabrication and site teams for smooth execution.

Lead and mentor a team of designers / draftsmen, ensuring quality output.

Conduct design coordination meetings and maintain documentation.

Work closely with QA / QC and PM teams to ensure design compliance.

Identify design risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
