Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the creative or advertising industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable managing the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition :
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for creative, production, and management roles. Build a strong talent pipeline for agency-specific positions.
• Onboarding & Training :
• Develop and execute smooth onboarding processes. Plan and manage internal training sessions or workshops to upskill the team.
• Performance & Appraisals :
• Design and implement performance review systems that align with agency goals and foster growth.
• Employee Engagement :
• Create programs to boost team morale, motivation, and overall workplace culture.
• HR Operations :
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave tracking, and compliance-related documentation.
• Policy & Culture Building :
• Develop HR policies that reflect Unico’s creative, collaborative, and growth-driven environment.
• Conflict Management :
• Address workplace issues and ensure a healthy, positive work atmosphere.
