Business Manager - Sales & Design

  • .JOB DESCRIPTION

A Business Manager – Sales & Design will be responsible for managing the designing for 12 to 15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6 to 10 designers. The output of which would be achieved through managing their design productivity, imparting required training and design discussions.

 Understand requirement and quickly define solutions

 Managing design SOP and find efficient solutions

 Managing and ensuring the productivity and work output of a Team of Designers.

 Customer Experience and Relationship Management

 Training Designers on technical details (Wherever required).

 Managing / leading sales & design discussions.

 Ability to drive conversations to closure

 Go getter attitude

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelors Qualification preferably B.Arch., B. Interior Design.

 Masters / Specialization : Construction Planning Management, MBA,Design Management.

 5+ years’ of Modular Experience

 Led and delivered a minimum of 10 Residential / Interior projects (end to end project management)

 Solid understanding of design ops and project management
