Job description3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in social media or digital advertising Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Strong portfolio demonstrating social media video work and advertising content Proven ability to integrate AI-generated video seamlessly with traditional footage Understanding of social media platform specifications, best practices, and trending formats Excellent sense of pacing, timing, color grading, and audio mixing Strong storytelling abilities and creative vision Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience with Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or other motion graphics software Knowledge of AI video generation tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.) Experience with performance marketing and direct response video advertising Understanding of video SEO and platform algorithms Basic photography and cinematography skills Familiarity with social media analytics and video performance metrics

Key Responsibilities :

- Create engaging short-form and long-form video ads that drive performance and brand awareness
- Seamlessly integrate AI-generated video content with traditional footage for polished, professional results
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for social media campaigns
- Adapt content for multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and sound design
- Stay current with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changes
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align video content with campaign objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Maintain organized media libraries and efficient editing workflows
