What You’ll Do :
You will lead strategic priorities that shape Inventure’s next chapter — from innovative education pilots to scaling community impact initiatives. You will :
- Take charge of 5–6 high-priority projects across campuses — spanning program design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Work closely with the CEO on long-term strategy, school transformation, and decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth research and synthesize insights across domains like education, public policy, governance, and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver executional excellence.
- Create impact dashboards, reports, and storytelling content that supports strategic decisions and showcases progress.
What You Bring

6–12 years of relevant experience in mission-driven organizations or high-impact roles (strategy, consulting, policy, growth).Experience in sectors like education, edtech, foundations (e.g., Gates, Nudge, CSF), or organizations like Teach for India.A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.Strategic thinking, sharp problem-solving, and deep research skills.Clarity in communication, whether through a memo, a deck, or a quick update to the CEO.Emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.Adaptability, curiosity, and the confidence to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude, this is a hands-on role.Preferred but not mandatory : A master’s degree (MBA / PGDBA) from a reputed institution (IIMs, ISB, Ashoka, or equivalent).
