Job Title Project Management Supervisor (5–10 Years Experience)

Location : Mumbai On-site

Job Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise the daily operations of single-function section-level teams.
• Daily supervision of personnel.
• Assist subordinate training and development.
• Subordinate performance evaluation and feedback.
• Play an assisting role in guiding projects to successful completion by effectively managing resources, mitigating risks, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders within defined timeframes to meet clients’ business requirements for quality and cost.
• Support to possess the discipline of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals within set timeframes by integrating internal teams.
• Support end-to-end project execution and manage training, resources, expenses, schedules, relationships, and site management with a deep understanding of the business environment.
• Ensure project delivery with high quality and client satisfaction under guidance, including actions such as arranging regular meetings, ensuring contract compliance, and handling documentation and reporting.
• Be familiar with tools and systems for managing internal and external data with proper process management, facilitating informed decisions to different parties, and enhancing operational excellence under guidance.

PMP Certification, Business Acumen, Processes Excellence, Business Analysis, Effective Communication, Problem Solving Product introduction and commentary sales; Proposal and presentation skills; Process management; QC 7 Tools; Application skills of problem analysis and solution (8D); Business Analytics; Market Intelligence; Processes Excellence; Problem Solving.
