About Profit Pixel Profit Pixel is a performance marketing agency helping fast-growing D2C brands scale through high-converting websites, automation, Meta & Google ads, and full-funnel creative strategy.We build clean, conversion-driven digital experiences — and we’re looking for a developer who can match our speed, quality, and ownership mindset.Role Overview You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance websites across WordPress and Shopify.Your work will directly influence the conversion rate, brand perception, and ad performance of our D2C clients.This is a role for someone who can take a brief → convert it into a working website → test, optimize, and deliver without hand-holding.Key Responsibilities Website DevelopmentBuild responsive, fast-loading websites on WordPress and ShopifyDevelop custom sections, templates, and componentsSet up themes, apps / plugins, and integrationsWebsite DesignTurn brand guidelines + wireframes into clean, modern UIBuild landing pages optimized for CRO & paid adsImplement animations, hover effects, and UI micro-interactionsTechnical ExecutionOptimize page speed, hosting setup, and technical SEOEnsure cross-device and cross-browser compatibilityTroubleshoot bugs, fix errors, and maintain site securityCollaboration & OwnershipWork closely with our creative, ads, and automation teamsHandle multiple client projects simultaneouslyDeliver pixel-perfect work with strong attention to detailMust-Have Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in website developmentStrong proficiency in WordPress (Elementor / Custom Themes)Strong proficiency in Shopify (Dawn theme, custom sections)Ability to design web pages using Figma / Canva / Adobe XDStrong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basicsGood grasp of page speed optimization & CRO fundamentalsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines consistentlyGood-to-Have (Bonus Skills) Experience building landing pages for Meta / Google adsUnderstanding of schema, technical SEO, and analytics setupBasic knowledge of Shopify Liquid codingExperience with automations (Zapier / n8n)Eye for design, color balance, typography, spacingWork Conditions Full-time role (Monday–Saturday)Remote work possibleMust have : Personal laptopHigh-speed internet connectionQuiet work environmentAbility to take responsibility end-to-endCompensation Competitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based incrementsOpportunity to work across high-growth D2C brands
