We collaborate with global startups to design, build, and scale high-impact digital products — from proof-of-concepts to full-scale development.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst / Project Manager who can bridge business goals with technical execution. The role involves managing project lifecycles end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring timely and high-quality delivery through agile collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and success metrics.Translate business needs into clear documentation and actionable tasks for the team.Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while maintaining accountability.Communicate effectively across teams and act as a single point of contact for clients.Identify potential risks or scope changes early and take proactive measures.Maintain and monitor project documentation, plans, and reports on tools like JIRA or Trello.Desired ProfileMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.4–5 years of experience in Project Management and / or Business Analysis in the IT / software domain.Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and sprint-based execution.Ability to manage multiple projects independently while ensuring client satisfaction.Preferred RequirementsExperience working with US-based clients or startups.Familiarity with estimation and budgeting for software projects.Understanding of backend / frontend data flow and technical dependencies.Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent (optional but desirable).Experience RequiredMinimum 4 years of experience in Project Management and / or Business Analysis in the IT / software domain.Compensation Range₹10 LPA – ₹14 LPA (Exceptions possible for outstanding candidates)Working Days & ShiftsMonday to Friday (11 AM – 8 PM) with US client overlapLocationRemote (Preference : Delhi NCR)How to ApplyFill out the form here : https : / / forms.Gle / G3bb1V42ScESBjwo8Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further details.Email : careers@devslane.comwebsite : www.Devslane.Com
