Junior Sales Counsellor

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary : INR 20,000 – 40,000 per month (salary will vary as per experience)

Experience : 2–5 years Shift timings : Slot 1 : 9 AM to 9 PM (with a few hours off in between or as per Business needs) Slot 2 : 6 PM to 10 AM(with a few hours off in between or as per Business needs)

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with inbound leads and schedule engaging product demo calls.

Conduct discovery conversations to understand learner needs and preferences.

Present TLS’s language programs and courses confidently, articulating their value clearly.

Convert trial learners and demo attendees into paying customers using proven scripts and playbooks.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for every lead interaction.

Meet or exceed monthly conversion and activity targets defined by your manager. Preferred Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer success roles (minimum 1year Ed Tech experience is a must).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient with a growth mindset.

Comfortable using CRMs, Google Sheets or MS Excel, and digital communication tools. Why Join TLS
