Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities :

Managing organizational sales by managing or carving a sales plan that covers sales goals, revenue and expense controls.

Meeting or exceeding planned sales goals.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team & tracking them and reporting results as necessary.

Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

Coordinating with cross functional teams on lead generation. Identifying market gaps and taking appropriate action on the same.

Developing your sales team through continuous training, motivation, counseling and product knowledge education & hiring of new sales associates, if necessary.

Promoting the organization and products.

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Assess marketing potential of new and existing market locations, considering statistics and expenditures.

Keeping up to date with Industry Trends

Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices

Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches, if required

Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Inside Sales Manager Requirements :

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in selling BPO services and IT sales.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

Experience in customer relationship management.

Experience managing and directing an inside sales team.

Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills are highly required.

Dedication to providing great customer service.

Selling experience of full life cycle recruitment process, understanding the requirement, Research, sourcing the right candidate, arranging technical interviews, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the relationship with clients and consultants.
