Required Skills :
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
- Should have handled a minimum of 15-20 members team and should have achieved minimum of 40+ joiners per month.
- Proven expertise in IT , with a strong understanding of market trends and hiring strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ATS tools, HR analytics, and sourcing technologies .
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.Manage the end-to-end Contract staffing – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain delivery excellence.Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking events to attract top talent.Ensure data accuracy and effective usage of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics.Monitor and report key metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) to improve recruitment efficiency.Collaborate with HR and business units to design competitive compensation and retention strategies.Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity objectives, and labor regulations.
