Profile : Executive - Implementation.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Senior Executive—Implementation— to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in setting up and implementing various accounting tools, including QuickBooks Online (QBO), Sage Intacct, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, and other financial software solutions.

Job Description :

• This role requires excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with US client discussions, and a strong background in finance.
• The candidate should also be adept at documenting Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for seamless software implementations and also have some technical skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for client interactions, presentations, and email correspondence.
• Proficient in creating detailed and accurate technical documents (FRD, BRD).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
• Experience with QBO, Sage Intacct, Xero, QBD, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Net Suite.
• MBA Finance / CA Inter / M.Com or equivalent.
