Job descriptionLead end-to-end implementation of AI-powered applications. Drive prompt engineering and evaluation of AI models. Develop reusable frameworks and reference architectures for AI adoption. Define governance and responsible AI frameworks. Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements. Partner with business leaders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams. Stay updated with the latest AI research and tools. Evaluate vendor offerings and develop proof of concepts. Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and machine learning algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines. Hands-on with programming languages such as Python. Expertise in data engineering and integration with enterprise ecosystems. Proven experience in designing AI architectures. Strong grounding in microservices, APIs, security, and performance optimization. 10+ years in solution architecture, with 3+ years in AI / ML. Demonstrated experience in delivering AI projects. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to bridge business requirements and technical capabilities.
