We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Closing Managers and Sr. Closing Managers with a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for real estate sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle walk-in customers at the office location.
- Showcase the properties to potential buyers and provide them with complete project details
- Assist in processing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sales support and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
