Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business development and client acquisition for HNI and UHNI segments.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor by providing bespoke investment solutions aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with Research and Advisory teams to design holistic wealth management strategies.
- Track market trends, investment opportunities, and client portfolios to ensure superior financial performance.
- Formulate and execute outbound and inbound sales strategies to grow the client base.
- Conduct client risk profiling and recommend investment products accordingly.
- Achieve product-wise and cross-selling targets through deep understanding of client demographics and risk appetite.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for regular management review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards while maintaining the highest level of ethical practices.
Skills and Competencies :

MBA, CA, or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.Relevant certifications in investment or wealth management (e.g., CFP, CFA preferred).Experience :
15–25 years of experience in Investment Advisory, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.Proven track record in managing high-value portfolios and achieving consistent business growth.Skills Required
