Head - Supply Chain Operations - Plant

What You Will Do : Execution :

• Manage production and supporting processes to achieve targets in safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, and productivity.
• Implement and maintain Daily Management Systems in manufacturing and supply chain to drive operational performance, including gap identification and resolution.
• Address process bottlenecks by allocating human and equipment resources and directing production teams to meet established goals.
• Ensure continuous compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Build annual budgets, monitor expenses, and adjust as necessary to maintain competitiveness.
