We’re now starting an HR function to strengthen our internal people systems and support our clients’ HR journeys.
ROLE OVERVIEW :
This is a hands-on learning opportunity for an HR Fresher who wants to experience real HR beyond the textbook. You’ll work directly under a senior HR consultant and learn how to create and manage HR processes, policies, documentation, and employee engagement for multiple client teams.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our HR systems — both internal and client-facing — are structured, smooth, and people-driven.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and documentation.
Support client HR teams in conducting structured HR reviews and meetings.
Help create HR communication templates, onboarding checklists, and SOPs.
Maintain and update HR MIS and trackers.
Coordinate with HODs for performance management and KPI updates.
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal tracking.
Participate in monthly review meetings with client HR teams and consultants.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all employee records and interactions.

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
A graduate in Human Resources / Psychology / Management .

Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into a full-fledged HR Business Partner.
WORK MODE AND TIMING :
Hybrid : 3-4 days a week from office (Dahisar)
Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM
Saturday Off
