Country Head- Tech Site Leader -(Banking / Retail)

The position is with a US-based consumer company setting up GCC from scratch.

Requirements :

We are looking for a strong tech leader with a proven track record of effectively managing large, diverse teams and significant experience in scaling headcount within a fast-paced organization.

• Strong financial acumen, including experience managing a P&L and budgets.
• Extensive experience in the technology sector, ideally with a focus on banking, retail or consumer finance software, cloud-native solutions, and related domains.
