As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth in the Indore / Hyderabad market and beyond. You will be the face of Techdome, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional value from our solutions.

Job Brief :

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team at our Indore / Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. Your primary goal will be to expand our clientele, boost revenue, and contribute to the sustainable growth of Techdome in the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for technology, sales, and client engagement to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial gain, market expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and research new markets, industries, and customer needs to uncover business opportunities.
  • Generate leads, arrange business meetings, and present Techdome's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Mentor and guide entry-level sales staff to help them grow into effective sales professionals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
  • Requirements and Skills :

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or in a similar role, preferably in the technology or IT services sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
