Role- Senior Procurement Consultant (Medical Devices)

Our client, a leading private equity firm, is looking to engage with a Senior Procurement Consultant, with 10 to 15 years of experience in strategic and operational sourcing of medical devices and consumables. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of medical product categories, regulatory-compliant sourcing, and centralized procurement processes.

You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, driving cost optimization, ensuring quality and compliance in procurement, and supporting cross-functional stakeholders including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for medical devices, diagnostics, and associated technologies.
• Analyze spend, identify savings opportunities, and drive competitive sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, compliance, and delivery performance.
• Operate within centralized procurement systems and processes (e.g., ERP-based P2P workflows).
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit readiness, and documentation.

Coordinate cross-functionally to align procurement activities with demand planning, inventory, and operations.
