💬 What You’ll Do

• Listen actively and empathetically to users during 1 : 1 text or voice sessions.
• Create a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment.
• Follow HearZu’s conversation ethics and confidentiality standards.
• Attend short training / orientation sessions before going live.
