Position Overview

KKR seeks a strategic, results-driven professional to join the firm's Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Senior Professional based in Dublin.

This person will support the strategic optimization of our end-to-end recruiting process with a primary focus on serving as Greenhouse system administrator and supporting projects that streamline the Talent Acquisition function.

The Senior Professional will join at a transformational time to support the evolution of TA systems, tools, workflows, and processes to enhance candidate experience, eliminate friction from the hiring process and enable structured hiring practices.

• Serve as primary Greenhouse system administrator, including end user support, training, troubleshooting technical issues, and launching enhancement releases.
• Support the TA Operations lead in developing recruiting best practices with focus on scalability and automation for the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with HC Technology teams to resolve system bugs, integration issues, and suggest enhancements for improved functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues related to ATS, Workday, and other internal platforms.
• Contribute to TA technology strategy through evaluation and research of emerging TA systems and tools.
