We’re Hiring : Corporate Funder – US Residential Mortgage

Location : WFH

Shift Timing : 8 : 30 PM – 5 : 30 AM (IST)

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners or Max 30 Days

Salary : Commensurate with experience and capabilities

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Funder with strong expertise in US Residential Mortgage operations , especially Closing / Funding .

If you’re detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to meet you!

✅ Requirements

• ️ 4+ years in US Residential Mortgage industry
• ️ Hands-on experience in Closing / Funding operations (Funding preferred)
• ️ Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• ️ Proficient in MS Office (Encompass preferred)
• ️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

📝 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Review loan documents for accuracy & compliance

🔹 Verify all Prior to Fund and Underwriting conditions

🔹 Coordinate with Loan Officers, Processors & Escrow Officers

🔹 Validate Closing Disclosure and manage funding wires
