Job description

FiduraAI is redefining how firms manage their commodity exposures in the AI age. We’re building a state of the art platform at the intersection of AI, technology, & finance.

Join our founding team from IITs, HBS, Goldman, Quadeye, and high growth AI startups, to build scalable, low-latency systems from scratch and shape the future of global commodity trade.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own core systems end-to-end - design, implement, deploy, and scale high-performance, concurrent, and fault-tolerant microservices.
  • Work across the stack : backend, frontend, and cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) with full DevOps ownership.
  • Translate product and risk-modeling requirements into robust, production-ready software.
  • Ensure performance, observability, and reliability through strong engineering practices.
  • Establish engineering standards and mentor future hires as we grow.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience building high-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
  • Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Java or Golang.
  • Strong familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, messaging, and async design.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining services on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Prior exposure to B2B tech or high-growth startup environments.
  • Familiarity with AI / ML pipelines & agentic systems will be a plus.
  • High agency : proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Desire to build first, lead next - hands-on now, growing into technical leadership.
