Experience : 15–20 Years | CTC : Up to ₹14 LPA

Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead CNC, VMC & conventional machining operations to meet production targets.
• Plan machining schedules, manpower, tooling & fixtures for optimum efficiency.
• Drive NPD activities – from feasibility to production readiness.
• Ensure quality, precision, and adherence to machining standards.
• Implement Lean, Kaizen & process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and train a team of engineers, supervisors & operators.
