Compensation & Growth :

💰 Fresher : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 / month

💰 1 Year Experience : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month

Role Overview :

As a Social Media Manager at Apex Consulting, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand and clients’ social media presence. You’ll create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who’s both creative and data-driven — someone who can craft compelling stories that deliver measurable engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, and stories) tailored to different platforms.
• Manage daily operations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Analyse social media performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns to boost engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and creative tools.
• Engage actively with the audience — respond to comments, messages, and feedback.

Required Skills & Competencies :

✅ Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

✅ Strong understanding of platform algorithms and best posting practices.

✅ Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.

✅ Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative storytelling skills.

✅ Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

✅ Aesthetic sense and attention to detail in visual content.

Work Details :

🕐 Timings : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

📆 Work Days : Monday – Saturday (Half-day Saturday)
