Job descriptionLead full project lifecycle : planning → mobilization → delivery → go-live → handover. Provide technical direction on full-stack development (.NET / JAVA), DevSecOps, CI / CD, cloud (Azure / AWS). Lead large technical teams (architects, DevOps engineers, developers). Responsible for hiring, ramp-up, ramp-down, and capability development. Act as the senior point of contact for CXO-level customer discussions. Manage expectations, negotiate timelines, and ensure strong relationship management. Identify and mitigate technical delivery risks. Ensure compliance with delivery governance, documentation, and quality standards. Conduct design reviews, technical walkthroughs, and ensure robust QA practices. Provide directional understanding of AI Agents and how they integrate into modern delivery models. 12+ years in technical delivery, engineering leadership, or solution delivery. Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure / AWS, DevOps toolchains, CI / CD, microservices, scripting, and cloud-native architectures. Experience leading re-engineering, modernization, or cloud migration programs. Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum / Kanban). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Associate Director for our Pune location with a strong focus on DevOps modernization, platform re-engineering, cloud transformation, and full-stack delivery ownership. This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end technical program execution, mentoring high-performing engineering teams, driving delivery excellence, and working directly with senior stakeholders and clients.
