We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) HR software. The role involves identifying potential clients (companies, recruitment agencies, HR leaders), demonstrating how the software simplifies hiring, and ensuring smooth implementation. The ATS helps organizations manage candidate applications, vendor submissions, and hiring data on one platform.
Role Purpose :
The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales of our ATS software. This position will involve engaging potential clients, demonstrating the software's unique features, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target companies and HR teams that require recruitment automation; build leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, job portals, HR communities, and networking.
- SaaS Sales & Client Acquisition : Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Onboarding & Implementation : Collaborate with the implementation team to set up the ATS for new clients; train HR staff and vendors to ensure effective use of the platform.
- Account Management & Support : Act as the main point of contact for client queries; gather feedback and share insights with the product team for continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Coordination : Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions; share weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on HR tech and SaaS industry trends to effectively position our product.
This role requires collaboration with the sales team, implementation team, and customer support to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Requirements :
Education : Master's degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field.Experience : 2-6 years of experience in B2B software / SaaS sales, with a preference for candidates with prior exposure to HR software, ATS, or HRMS.Technical Skills : Proficiency in B2B sales and lead generation; experience in SaaS / HR tech sales; CRM and sales pipeline management; product demo and presentation skills.Soft Skills : Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; ability to articulate software benefits to non-technical HR users; relationship-building and consultative sales approach.Certifications : Relevant certifications in sales or HR tech are a plus.Benefits :
