SAP Test Strategy Manager

A business transformation leader is required to drive test strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals.

You will develop and oversee comprehensive automation approaches, execute and monitor automated testing activities when needed.

Leading a team of testers, you will manage resource allocation, defect tracking, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Defect lifecycle management, risk analysis, and stakeholder engagement are also part of your responsibilities.

Integration with DevOps pipelines, budgeting, and cost optimization are additional key aspects of this role.

At least three years of experience as a test manager, five years in testing activities on SAP projects, and extensive experience in automated testing are required.

In-depth knowledge of Tosca Tricentis is essential, along with expertise in work management tools like DevOps or JIRA.
