The Principal's Office is seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant—someone ready to grow from hands-on partnership and eventually lead new business projects as a founder, CEO, or strategic consultant.
Role Overview :
You will be the Principal's right hand, supporting business operations, personal logistics, and executive projects. This is not just a support role—we're looking for someone who thinks entrepreneurially, acts discreetly, and can thrive with high autonomy. The role offers a leadership pathway for those ready to scale up responsibilities and impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage executive's schedule, travel, business correspondence, project dashboards, and daily priorities.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate high-profile meetings, events, and confidential partnerships.
- Lead, launch, or consult on new business ventures (casting / talent agency is first in pipeline).
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new ventures and teams as directed.
- Support personal logistics and business errands with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports, manage sensitive information, and streamline executive decision-making.
Who We're Looking For :
2+ years' executive support experience (preferably in hospitality, talent, media, consulting, or related fields).Freshers with exclusive and pleasant personality are also welcome to apply.Strong written / spoken English and organizational ability.Social poise, emotional intelligence, and ability to handle confidential assignments and private meetings.Comfortable multitasking in ambiguous or evolving contexts.Entrepreneurial mindset—able to lead projects / businesses; management experience a plus.High trust, personal integrity, and willingness to learn new ways of working.Willingness to relocate to Delhi (if needed); open to flexible working hours as per executive / business needs.Comfort engaging in executive partnership, leadership, and social functions.What We Offer :
