Manager - Education Institute Tie-ups

Job descriptionStrategic Partnerships : Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with educational institutions across regions to promote company products / services - e.g., training programs, edtech platforms, recruitment solutions . Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Principals, Deans, HODs, Placement Officers, etc.). Business Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align partnership goals with broader business objectives. Proposal & Pitching : Prepare and present customized proposals, MoUs, and business pitches to potential education partners. Negotiation & Closure : Lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership terms, and finalize agreements in alignment with internal policies. Campaign Planning : Design and execute engagement campaigns, events, and workshops with partnered institutes to increase visibility and participation. Reporting & Analytics : Maintain CRM records, generate reports on partnership performance, and provide regular updates to leadership.
