Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Specialist / Senior Solution Engineer to lead end-to-end solution design integration and deployment for Core Network and SDM products. The role demands deep expertise in telecom domains (GSM / UMTS / LTE / IMS) virtualization and customer engagement for solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement complex customer solutions ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

Lead the technical part of bids including architecture effort estimation and scope definition.

Support solution presentation validation and adaptation with clients during delivery.

Drive integration and deployment of Core Network Elements (SDL HLR HSS IMS One-NDS MNP EIR).

Manage database migrations (HLR HSS EIR MNP).

Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless solution execution.

Troubleshoot call flow issues and provide technical resolutions.

Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement in deployment efficiency.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Strong knowledge of GSM / UMTS / LTE / IMS networks and call flows.

Experience with SDM solution integration virtualization (VMware / OpenStack) and cloud deployments .

Proficiency in Unix / Linux IP networking and Router / Switch configurations .

Hands-on with HP hardware installation cabling and system commissioning .

Familiarity with Wireshark scripting (Shell Python Ansible) and firmware management .

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Willingness to travel (up to 50% domestic / international).

Good to Have :

Experience in Signaling and Policy Node (CSD AAA NPC) .

Exposure to 5G call flows and cloud-native deployments .

Qualifications :

BE in IT or equivalent
