Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Java Developer with strong experience in backend development using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player capable of mentoring junior developers and taking ownership of end-to-end development delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications that are high-performing and low-latency.
• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) .
• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and deploy software components following best coding practices.
• Ensure application designs align with business and architectural goals.
• Perform database operations using Hibernate or Spring JDBC with SQL and MongoDB .
• Work with Junit , GitHub , Maven , GIT , and MQ for development and integration.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and use Jira for task management.
• Mentor junior team members and guide them technically to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during development and production support.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and propose improvements to existing Java infrastructure.
