What we’re looking for :

We need an inspiring, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s evolution. This is a senior role—one that requires a mix of vision, creativity, and execution. You’ll shape the way the world sees & interacts with our brand, ensuring that every campaign, every event, and every digital touchpoint reflects the essence of our world-class DNA. What you’ll be doing :

• Defining & Owning Our Brand Strategy : Develop and execute a marketing vision that positions us as the leading coworking and managed office brand.
• Ensure consistency! - Every message, campaign, and interaction tells a cohesive, compelling story. Understand our members / users interact and perceive our products / brand and translate that into a content narrative that differentiate us from the competition.
• Building an Unstoppable Marketing Engine : Lead our offline and digital marketing efforts, ensuring maximum impact across every channel.
• Oversee content, across all social channels, performance marketing, PR, and brand activations to create a strong & unified narrative, not just limited to sporadic content burst.
• Drive lead-generation strategies that are not superficial and but have deep KPI’s like conversion to on-ground sales.
• Creating Buzz & Community Engagement : We are a brand a youthful DNA. Plan and execute events that bring our brand mojo to life— whether through industry gatherings, networking meet-ups, or immersive brand experiences.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand our reach. We already have some strong partnerships with sport & other local brands that need to be cultivated & harnessed
• Ensure our community feels heard, valued, and engaged—both online and offline.
• You would need to build a strategy document for the above along with an execution plan.
• Building, Leading & Inspiring a High-Performing Team : Manage a passionate marketing team, and empower them to push boundaries.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing with overall business objectives. Driving Performance & Measuring Success : Use data and insights to track performance, optimise campaigns, and ensure we’re achieving (and exceeding) our goals.
• Manage budgets strategically, allocating resources where they’ll have the biggest impact.
• Constantly innovate—testing, learning, and refining strategies to keep us ahead of the game.

What you need to bring to the table :

1. 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands - with the drive to manifest everything at a world-class level

2. A deep understanding of both offline and digital marketing—and how to make them work together seamlessly.

3. A passion for brand storytelling— making people not just connect but resonate emotionally through marketing your marketing narratives.

4. A track record of leading teams, launching successful campaigns, and driving business growth.

5. Strong analytical skills—you use data to inform decisions but aren’t afraid to take creative risks.

6. Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and performance marketing tools.

7. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

8. Though you can work remotely, there will be a fair amount of travel to our facilities and offices. Preference will be given to candidates willing to relocate to Mangaluru.
