Job Description –

• Good Understanding of Automotive / Manufacturing domain
• Strong experience in SFDC – Sales and Service Cloud
• Strong Functional experience in Sales, Service, Marketing cloud functional areas of SFDC.
• Experience in requirement analysis, BRD preparation, Functional Design documentation.
• Good in suggesting Salesforce Solutions to customer
• Expertise in building E2E Test Scenarios by discussing with Business SMEs and SFDC Dev team.
• Experience in Lightning and Classic Service console is preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Should have experience in JIRA Dashboard creation
• Should have good interpersonal and presentation skills.
