What You'll Do :

  • Design high-converting ads (Reels, statics) for Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Use AI tools to create and iterate on concepts.
  • Work directly with the Leadership team to see your designs go live and get real data.
  • Use data to report why some ads win and others fail.
