Job descriptionMaintain accurate financial records and manage day-to-day bookkeeping (accounts payable / receivable, general ledger). Knowledge of import and export. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow). Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Support internal and external audits. Process payroll and manage employee benefits and deductions. Monitor cash flow and assist in cash flow forecasting. Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Computax). Good understanding of Indian tax laws and financial regulations. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
