About Us
We’re building the
next generation of travel technology
— a future-ready
Flights Platform
that empowers travel agents, consolidators, and TMCs to connect, sell, and scale seamlessly.
Born from the trusted legacy of
Thomas Cook India (Est. 1881)
, we’re now operating with the energy and agility of a
startup within an enterprise
— reimagining how flight distribution works through APIs, automation, and data-driven experiences.
If you’re obsessed with building smarter travel systems, love connecting dots between business and tech, and thrive in fast-paced problem-solving environments — this is your runway.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a
Business Analyst (Flights Product)
who wants to be at the forefront of redefining travel distribution.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and global suppliers to
design, test, and deliver world-class flight experiences
powered by
GDS, LCC, and NDC APIs
This isn’t a routine BA role. You’ll be crafting the
functional backbone of an industry-defining platform
, influencing everything from API workflows to agent UX, and ensuring our Flights Product is future-proof, scalable, and delightful to use.
What You’ll Do
1. Shape the Product Vision
Partner with product and business teams to translate ideas into crisp, executable requirements.
Map real-world travel agent workflows into seamless digital journeys — from search to settlement.
Write detailed
FSDs, SRSs and process flows
that developers and testers love working with.
2. Drive API Integrations
Lead integration discovery for
GDS, NDC, LCC
, and
aggregator APIs
— from feasibility to go-live.
Collaborate with vendors and tech teams to make APIs smarter, faster, and more resilient.
Validate API responses, edge cases, and error handling to ensure bulletproof transactions.
3. Own Quality and Launch Readiness
Design and execute
UATs, regression tests
, and functional scenarios that mimic real-world use cases.
Identify breakpoints early and work with developers to fix them fast.
Plan
go-lives
with surgical precision — ensuring stability, performance, and adoption.
4. Be the Bridge Between Business & Tech
Speak both languages — translate complex logic into business clarity and business goals into tech precision.
Champion functional governance, track CRs / bugs, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Use data to back your decisions, measure impact, and push for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience as a
Business Analyst in Travel Tech
(Flights / GDS / NDC / API projects).
Deep understanding of
airline distribution systems
, PNR lifecycle, and fare management.
Experience with
Postman
JIRA
Confluence
Swagger
, and
data validation tools
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for product building — not just requirement writing.
High ownership mindset — “If it’s broken, I’ll fix it. If it can be better, I’ll make it better.”
Why Join Us
Be part of a
core team
building an industry-first

enterprise stability
— best of both worlds.
