Hiring Recruiter / Supervisor For Dubai Hiring

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Hiring Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and mid-level roles (., Helpers, Drivers, Supervisors) for placements in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other Gulf countries. The ideal candidate should have experience in international recruitment, particularly for the Middle East region, and strong sourcing networks across India, Nepal, Bangladesh, or similar manpower supply regions. Key Responsibilities : Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles such as Helper, Driver, Supervisor, Electrician, Plumber, etc.Coordinate with Gulf-based clients to understand manpower requirements.Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and local networks.Schedule and manage interviews, trade tests, and documentation.Handle visa processing coordination and mobilization support.Maintain a talent pool for urgent deployment and forecasted manpower needs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and international recruitment regulations. Requirements : Proven experience in Gulf recruitment (blue-collar and supervisory levels).Familiarity with visa procedures, trade testing, and documentation for UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong candidate sourcing and networking abilities.Ability to handle multiple roles and volume hiring under tight deadlines.
