Moris Media is seeking an experienced and creative Senior UI / UX Designer to help shape user experiences across our digital platforms and products. In this role, you will lead the design process from conceptualization through execution, translating complex requirements into intuitive, visually compelling solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered designs that drive engagement and satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Develop wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas clearly.
Design and refine user interface elements, including menus, tabs, buttons, and widgets.
Create high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes to illustrate site functionality and appearance.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, ensuring responsive, accessible designs across devices.
Ensure consistent application of style standards, including fonts, colors, and imagery.
Prepare and present design drafts and concepts for review and feedback.
Collaborate with developers to implement designs efficiently and accurately.
Continuously iterate on designs based on analytics, user insights, and feedback.

Primary Skills

Expertise in typography, iconography, layout, and responsive design principles.

Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.

Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Gravit Designer, Pixlr).

Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, and Magento.

Understanding of HTML / CSS fundamentals and design handoff best practices.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into design improvements.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in UI / UX design with a proven record of successful projects.

BSc in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field.

Master’s degree in Design or related discipline is a plus.

Proven portfolio showcasing design expertise across multiple platforms.

Familiarity with all stages of the product development lifecycle.

Experience

3–7 years of professional experience designing web and mobile applications, preferably in fast-paced or agency environments.

Mandatory Requisites

Laptop or desktop with upgraded configurations suitable for design work.

High-speed internet connection to enable efficient remote collaboration.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Flexibility for occasional travel as needed.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong telephonic and virtual collaboration skills.
