Civil Infrastructure Quality Specialist

Total Work Experience : +18 years of experience in a Quality Assurance & Quality Control of medium to large Civil / Infrastructure or building projects

• Establish and lead the quality culture & strategy for the project
• Develop programs & processes to ensure the objectives of the strategy are achieved.
• Coordinate with Group Manager Quality and Environment to ensure alignment of strategies
• Guide project teams to implement effective management systems on projects that comply with specified contract and legislative.
• Track instances of non-compliance, quality defects, etc. and guide team to take corrective measures;

escalate critical issues to BU GMs, OMs, Project Director / Leader, if required
