As Chief Growth Officer (CGO) you will be
the strategic architect and execution leaderfor all growthrelated initiatives. Your mission :drive exponential profitable revenue growthby unlocking new markets creating productmarket fit building highperformance teams and leveraging our innovation DNA.You will work closely with the founding leadership and board to shape and implement transformative strategies both in India and internationally.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and execute a multiyear growth strategy focused on multiplying profitable revenues across domestic and export markets.Identify andunlock new verticals customer segments and geographiesLead and coordinate Sales Marketing Product Development and Strategic Alliances.Build highimpact gotomarket (GTM) teams with a performance and growth mindset.Modernize branding digital outreach and customer engagement frameworks.Establish strong channel partner networks and longterm customer relationships.Develop scalable and repeatable business models from existing innovations.Represent the company at highlevel industry forums customer meetings and strategic collaborations.Build KPIs and track performance metrics aligned with growth goals.Ideal Candidate Profile :
A product of apremier engineering institutionIITs IISc NITs preferred); an MBA from a reputed institute is a strong plus.15 years of experience withproven leadership in engineeringdriven industriesideally in capital goods automation or industrial tech.Demonstrated success inscaling revenuesdeveloping markets and building strong teams.Deep understanding of industrial technology trends manufacturing ecosystems and customer needs.Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and handson business acumen.Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for impact and results.Excellent communication negotiation and organizational leadership.What We Offer :
