• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes & proven experience across all oracle financial cloud solutions (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Projects, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Revenue Management Cloud, Tax etc).
• Certification in Oracle Cloud financial and RMCS modules.
• Experience with multi-entity, global financial setups.
• Understanding of SOX compliance, data security, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in driving Business discovery sessions, Conference Room Pilot sessions, Design Workshops with Business and IT stakeholders and leading implementation.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills, ability to create presentations, able to Influence clients, teams and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships
• Proven ability to lead client workshops to explain solutions, approach, alternative options, suggestion of business change to fit to product features
• CAN DO attitude, Self-driven, motivated and result oriented
• Strategically involved in the sales cycle, especially to deliver Oracle Finance & Revenue Management Cloud transformation value pitches, Point of Views to business executives, and to engage in deep dive subject area discussions, building PoC’s Solutions / Demonstrations
• Staying updated with the latest Oracle Cloud features, releases, technologies, and best practices to manage Cloud transformations.
• Strong earlier experience of handling Oracle EBS engagements .
