Location - Pune / Chennai

Job Description

• Good understanding of basic ITIL processes
• Strong analytical thinking, including log analysis
• Technical skillset application monitoring and identifying dependencies using dashboards (Nagios, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, etc.)
• Basic Unix commands
• Working knowledge of IIS, LDAP, and SSO
• Experience in Miles application support and tools like PowerShell, K9S
• AMS 2nd Level (L2) Support
