What will you be doing as HR Executive @ delaware India?

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage recruitment processes including coordinating with vendors, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new contractors.

Conduct inductions to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Engagement & Communication

Support and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

Handle employee lifecycle activities — confirmations and exit formalities.

Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for new hires, ensuring timely completion.

Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary HR data and reports.

Training

Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.

Maintain L&D calendars and track participation.

Do you have a master’s degree in management or any equivalent qualification and at least 3-5 years of experience in HR domain.
