Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls.
  • Have a good rapport with the customer, understand his requirements and suggest the customer with the right product.
  • Encourage the customer for Site Visit with regular follow ups.
  • Must Have Good verbal and written Communication Skills.
  • Good Listening Skills.
  • Comfortable to work during weekends.
  • Must Be Confident, Committed, Ambitious and Friendly.
  • Should maintain confidentiality.
  • Should be able to speak and write in English
  • Should be able to speak well in Kannada.
